Leadership
Fedstarts President Chris Zimmerman bridges government and private sector technology leadership with deep expertise in cybersecurity and intelligence.
Most recently, Chris served as Director of Strategic Cyber Partnerships (SNIS-level) at ODNI's Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center, where he directed an IC-wide cyber threat intelligence program. This multi-million dollar initiative integrated commercial intelligence with IC capabilities, significantly reducing costs while enhancing security posture. He also served on the ODNI AI Working Group and received the Director's Team Excellence Award.
Prior to ODNI, Chris built and led top-performing teams at Amazon Web Services, Armis, Palo Alto Networks, Cylance, and FireEye, consistently achieving company-wide recognition.
Chris holds a B.S. from James Madison University, completed graduate studies in Cybersecurity at George Mason University, and is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
